Whether you're stuck in a rut or have an excellent idea for a small business, it can be intimidating or you may not know where to start.  How you stay motivated and productive at the beginning when you're trying to get work can be difficult.

I've been growing my therapy and supervision practice since 2009.  During this time I've learned the helpful 'stuff' and the not so helpful 'stuff'.  My experience has involved roles as a therapy services Operations Manager and an Area Manager for therapists.  In those roles I've developed skills in Re-branding, Web Design, SEO, Social Media and Advertising.

If you're working from home, as many of us are post-pandemic, you many be wondering how to create a work schedule or ensure you still manage some social interaction.  Business development consultation can help with this.  You can learn how small changes in your daily routine may help improve motivation and productivity.

Small businesses experience busy times and lean times, it's important to be aware of annual trends and peak seasons leading to spikes and drops.  It's just as important to maintain strong business relationships and continued networking, which can be hard when work is busy or complacency sets in.

So many businesses are now online so it's imperative to understand the different languages and interactions that come with each social media platform.

Business development consultation can help you to better understand what each social media platform can offer your business, how to interact on each platform and the basic 'dos and don'ts'.
